When you feel anxious it can feel like there is a storm of emotions swirling up inside your mind. Anxiety is a normal emotion in us all, but sometimes it can get out of control and become a mental health problem.

Focusing on anxiety for this years Mental Health Awareness Week (15th - 21st May) will draw attention and understanding of anxiety and help prevent it from becoming a problem.
