Improving your diet has many benefits, including:

  • Positive Feelings
  • Clearer Thinking
  • Increased Energy
  • Calmer Moods

Manage your Mood with Food by:

  • Eating regularly
  • Make sure you're getting the "Right Fats", like Omega3 which is found in oily fish, like salmon)
  • Increase your protein intake 
  • Drink more water
  • Eat a rainbow of fruit & veg (as many different colours as you can!) 
  • Cut down on caffeine
  • Pay attention to your gut
  • Identify if you have a food intolerance and speak to your GP, a professional dietitian, or nutritionist
