There are many benefits to walking barefoot, however there are also some dangers. Avoid walking barefoot where there are objects that could harm your feet such as sharp objects, dangerous chemicals on the floor, slippery floors or if you have an existing medical condition relating to your feet

A trip to your local park, the beach, woodland trail or stepping stones in a river are great places to try barefoot walking.
