In this episode Craig is joined by Dominique Burley and Shaun Webster from Forum Central to chat (amongst other things) about their groundbreaking and innovative reverse jobs fair - Monday 4th March 2024.

The fair, which aims to showcase Autistic and Neurodiverse talent in an inclusive, relaxed setting, will hopefully open up new channels, and new approaches to re-shape the recruitment process on the whole, as well as opening up space for discussion on what employees can do better going forward.
