Step 3 - Assessment Session Following the phone call, you may then be invited to interview at one of our bases in Leeds. The interview is really informal, we are more interested in your values and why you want to work with us, rather than your experience. As part of this session, we will also ask you to complete a short activity – this can be handwritten or done using a computer, whichever you would prefer. The aim of the activity is to give you a really clear understanding of the expectations of the role, and for us to learn more about how you would approach supporting our service users in the best possible way.
