In the lead up to World Mental Health Day on Saturday 10th October, Leeds residents are being encouraged to access support to help with their Mental Health.

Mindwell Leeds

MindWell's campaign for World Mental Health Day this year will explore the relationship between Coronavirus and mental wellbeing.

The week long campaign launched on Monday 5th October and will run until World Mental Health Day on 10th October. The organisation is looking at the different ways that the Covid-19 pandemic has impacted our mental health wellbeing (including the positive's). They are also offering information about the support available in Leeds and self-care strategies that can help us cope better with stress and anxiety.
