Even as society starts up again, there will still be restrictions and we are facing fundamental shifts to our way of life. Change can be scary, but it is inevitable. Take your time to adapt and find a new normal that works for you. Not everyone will feel the same about our new way of life, but respecting other people’s space, perspectives and needs, is key to ensuring we can all move forward together, towards a healthier happier new normal.
