Action For Happiness are launching a special event with Author and Mindfulness expert Oren Jay Sofer focused on coping and finding hope during challenging times.

Although our individual situations vary greatly, we've all been facing challenges recently. Many of us feel overwhelmed with uncertainty and anxiety, so the idea of being hopeful may seem pointless or even naive. Yet in fact, hope is vital - and we can cultivate it in practical and meaningful ways.

At this special event, Oren Jay Sofer will share how we can respond to uncertainty and cultivate what he calls "Practical Hope". He'll remind us of the resources we have within us to reframe difficult situations and help us find ways to take positive steps forward during these testing times
