Lockdown has been difficult for many people, and as some of the lockdown rules ease things might start feeling less clear, and there may be new challenges.

You may be experiencing a range of emotions in response to these changes, but it’s good to remember that there is no ‘normal’ response to lockdown, or the easing of restrictions. Your feelings might change, you may feel one way one day, and another way the next. It may not feel logical, but that’s okay!
