1. Keep a safe distance from others
2. Wash your hands regularly for 20 seconds
3. Wear a face covering on public transport, in shops and healthcare settings (see our guidance on exemptions)
4. No one on your household should leave home if any one person has symptoms 
5. If you have symptoms, stay at home and book a free test at nhs.uk/coronavirus or ring 119
