After what has possibly felt like the most challenging lockdown yet, the UK government have outlined their roadmap to re-open the country. The good news is there is finally some light at the end of this long tunnel, but understandably this might come a range of mixed emotions.

It’s completely normal to be feeling worried, anxious, or concerned. It can help to try and be kind to yourself, and take your time adapting to the changes. Recognise your achievements, however small they may seem, and reward yourself for every small step you take.
