For many people Easter is a time for family and while we cannot always be with the ones we love this weekend, it's important to remember things we are thankful for.

During times of uncertainty, there are many things we can do to stay in control and reduce the impact of stress and anxiety on our mental and physical health.

Separating what is inside and outside of our control is a great way of refocusing our attention and helping us feel a greater sense of control during these times.
