They have helped more than 250,000 people to change their lives for the better by starting lasting employment, and have services able to support autistic and neurodivergent people into long-term work.

Paperworks is a social enterprise providing personalised support for individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs. Their aim is to enable their clients to play a greater part in their communities. They offer autistic people, and people with learning disabilities a chance to develop in a real work environment with tailored one-to-one training plans, as well as opportunities to meet new people and gain skills in other placements.

They also provide services to businesses, which gives their customers the chance to give something back in a positive way that makes a real difference.

Autism at Work Programme

The Bloomfield Trust and the National Autistic Society’s Autism at Work programme aims to bridge the gap between skills shortages in industry and autistic jobseekers.

Through this programme, they support employers to promote accessible job opportunities for autistic jobseekers. They then support applicants through the recruitment process and support successful candidates to prepare for and succeed in their employment.
