Celebrating Pride Month

June is Pride Month

Here at Leeds Autism Services, we understand how diversity of all kinds enriches our lives, so we're celebrating Pride Month with a range of activities designed to educate and promote acceptance and inclusion of all LGBTQ+ people.

We kicked off our celebrations by learning about the history of Pride, famous icons, pronouns, and got creative by decorating our bases with colourful handmade rainbow bunting. We'll also be running  a series of accessible workshops including rainbow resin, wax melts and tie-dye.

To bring us all together we'll be hosting some fun parties including our Summer BBQ, annual LAS Awards Ceremony and Pride closing party!
